If your question refers to reserving a single table at McDonald’s, then the answer is no, you can’t. Fast-food chains operate on a first come, first served basis. You go inside McDonald’s, order your food and find a table (or a seat).
Here is what McDonald’s stated on their website:
“In fairness to all our customers we do not offer reservations. However, when you make your order inside a restaurant, you can ask for your order to be delivered directly to your table.”
Now if the question refers to making reservations for a children’s party or a large gathering, then you absolutely can. Many McDonald’s locations still have an indoor or outdoor PlayPlace that can be used as a venue for kids parties.

How to Book a Party at McDonald’s?
McDonald’s birthday parties are no longer as popular as they used to. I think the pandemic discouraged many parents from hosting big kiddie parties. I remember as a kid, I always look forward to mine or my siblings’ McDonald’s parties or at Chuck E. Cheese’s. We definitely had the best times with our friends back then.
Nowadays, there aren’t many McDonald’s locations with a dedicated venue for parties anymore. But you can still find some. I haven’t seen any here in Houston but there’s at least one in Dallas (Grand Ave.), and I think a couple more in San Antonio.
So how do you make reservations at McDonald’s for parties? It’s simple:
First, you need to find a McDonald’s location that has a designated venue for parties. This is usually a private room or a play room (PlayPlace). You can find a McDonald’s near you here.
Once you’ve found one, contact them and inquire about their packages, deals and promotions. You’ll need to book at least a week in advance. Usually, they will require a deposit or downpayment, and the balance to be paid before the party takes place.
Can I Pre-Order Food for a Birthday Party?
Yes you can pre-order food for parties or large gatherings in advance via the McDonald’s app. If you have the number of your local McDonald’s, you can also place your order with them directly.

Does McDonald’s Offer Catering?
Many (but not all) McDonald’s locations offer catering. From what I’ve gathered, their catering menu is primarily breakfast-focused. They have breakfast bundles for 6 to 24 people, and you also have the option to create your own bundles. Does McDonald’s Offer Wedding Catering?
I haven’t heard of McDonald’s doing wedding catering around here but I’ve read an article that they offer a wedding catering package in Indonesia. The package costs $233 and already includes 400 chicken nuggets and 100 chicken sandwiches.
